Copywriting Intern

SpiderBoost is currently seeking a Copywriting Intern for a part-time position in our downtown Miami office. As a Copywriting Intern you will work closely with our account services and creative departments to develop content for both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, as well as agency communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong awareness of and interest in social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in writing, editing, and proofreading agency copy including press releases, proposals, and project content
  • Maintain new business materials such as agency case studies, standard language, speaker packets, logos, style guide, and other documents
  • Assist in the writing and coordination of some new business development pitches and proposals

Qualifications:

  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
  • Must be organized, punctual, and professional
  • Awareness of the importance of brand voice and talented at producing it for all clients
  • Dedicated and willing to work hard in order to learn, grow, and progress
  • Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Must be fluent in English; Additional languages a major plus
  • Excellence in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Samples of work with variance in audience, brands, industries, and mediums


Account Executive Intern

SpiderBoost is currently seeking an Account Executive Intern for a part-time position in our downtown Miami office. As an Account Executive Intern you will work closely with our account services department to participate in the new business development and project management processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident in participating in sales efforts, as well as client meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide account service support: attending meetings, manage scheduling, record meeting minutes
  • Participate in new business development processes including research, proposals, and pitches
  • Assist in project management and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Dedicated and enthusiastic
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and project management skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
  • Organized, punctual, and professional
  • Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Must be fluent in English; Additional languages a plus
